We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive SEMH school in St Neots. This is an amazing opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need your support and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to meet the needs of students with SEMH.
- Monitor and support student progress, using tailored strategies to help them achieve their potential.
- Collaborate with a dynamic and committed team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths and the ability to teach across KS3 and KS4.
- Experience working with SEMH students or in a similar educational setting is highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to teaching and supporting students.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
