Role Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm (January 2025 Start)
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join an amazing primary school in Coates. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and support young learners in their critical first years of education, with the potential to secure a permanent position in a welcoming and inclusive school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to meet the developmental needs of all children.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel happy, valued, and supported.
- Use creative teaching methods to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
- Monitor and track progress through observation and assessment, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.
- Work closely with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child’s development and learning journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to create a consistent and effective approach to teaching and learning.
- Support the school’s ethos, values, and commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS or early primary teaching.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development milestones.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and positive learning environment.
- Passion for supporting young children in their academic, emotional, and social development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A creative and flexible approach to teaching and problem-solving.
