Join an amazing secondary school in Norwich as a full-time Cover Supervisor. We’re looking for a committed and confident individual ready to step into a dynamic role supporting teaching and learning across a vibrant school community.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during short-term teacher absences, ensuring lesson continuity.
- Maintain classroom order and encourage positive behaviour.
- Assist with administrative tasks within subject departments.
- Provide wider school support, including help in boarding houses (if applicable).
- Report on student progress and classroom activities as necessary.
Requirments:
- Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to work on your own initiative.
- A proactive and supportive attitude toward students and staff.
- A desire to make a difference and contribute to a positive learning environment.
